Driver Training

Get on the road to becoming a fully qualified and licensed race driver. SCCBC’s race driver training course is the best in Western Canada and the most affordable in North America.

The 2025 Spring Driver Training dates are March 23, 29, & 30.

The 2025 Summer Driver Training dates are June 15, 19 & 20. Registration opens in April.

    The club has received a generous $5000 donation from the estate of member Lawrence Green. Lawrence passed away in May of 2022 and as part of his will, he sent the cash donation our way.We extend our gratitude to Lawrence and his family, the funds will be used to help support the sport he so dearly loved.

    This month 50 years ago club member Charlie Godecke (holding trophy in photo) and race partner Bert Laakmann won “The Province 500 7Hour Endurance race” at Westwood. This came as a follow up to their 1973 win. The duo easily won the race completing 309 laps.
